This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of products offered on the tomáslamps.store website, operated by TomásLamps, located at 43201 Reus, Tarragona, Spain, and reachable at humerio.info@gmail.com and 669418971. By placing an order in our store, you accept the following terms and conditions.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3 days after payment confirmation.
Product manufacturing takes 25–30 days, followed by shipping within 10–14 days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.
In case of unavailability or issues during preparation, the customer will be notified by email at the address provided.
2. Shipping Methods, Areas, and Delivery Times
We ship throughout Europe and all of Latin America.
Available shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping.
The estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors (logistics operations, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond TomásLamps’ control).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed and calculated at checkout before completing the purchase, depending on destination, weight/volume, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping on all orders.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
If you have not received an email after the maximum processing period (3 days), please contact humerio.info@gmail.com.
5. Deliveries and Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery, reshipment will require payment of the new shipping costs.
Address changes are not possible once the order is in transit.
6. International Shipments and Customs
Orders shipped outside Spain may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees established by the destination country’s customs authorities.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not under the control of IdolKitties.
Customs procedures may extend the estimated transit time.
7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
If you notice an unusual delay or tracking does not show progress within a reasonable period, please contact us with your order number and tracking number by email or phone so we can request an investigation with the shipping carrier.
In the event of a loss confirmed by the logistics provider, we will handle the matter with the carrier and inform you of the next steps.
8. Receipt and Inspection
We recommend inspecting the package externally upon delivery.
If you notice visible damage to the packaging or signs of tampering, please note this on the carrier’s delivery receipt and document the issue with photos of the package and label.

9. Cancellation Before Shipping
Order cancellation is not possible before the order has been shipped.
10. Changes to This Policy
TomásLamps may modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will take effect upon publication on tomáslamps.store.
